Orders and Terms
Orders can be placed Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.(CST). The order desk phone number is 847-949-8899. Orders are F.O.B. Mundelein, IL (picked up in Mundelein).
Cancellations
Regular orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours. Cancellations accepted after that period will incur a cancellation fee, factory restocking fee, and shipping costs. If you choose to cancel an order, you must notify us by telephone at (847) 949-8899. Make sure to get the name of the person that you talked to at DiscountPedalBoats.com.
Order Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover by phone or fax. If you wish to pay with a personal check,cashiers check or money order mail to address below. Personal checks will require sufficient time to clear before product may be released. Money order payments will allow for immediate pickup. Sales Tax
DiscountPedalBoats.com is located in Illinois and must collect 8% sales tax from all customers that reside in Illinois. Tax must also be paid by all customers that pick-up at our location or by out of state customers that arrange their own shipping.
